Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to register and hold one account only on the cashgo88 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
When registering, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and any other details requested. cashgo88 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support team immediately. cashgo88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
- Registration details must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.
- Passwords must not be shared with any other party.
- Using another person's account or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity will be suspended pending investigation.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a cashgo88 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems.
- Using an account for money laundering or financial fraud.
- Spreading false or misleading information to other users or to cashgo88.
- Creating an account on behalf of another person without written authorisation.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of any existing balance, and legal action where applicable.
Payments & Transactions
All financial transactions on the cashgo88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow, Boost, and local internet bank transfers.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details they register are accurate and belong to them. cashgo88 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or non-compliance with platform policies.
Withdrawals will be processed within 24 business hours once all verification requirements have been met. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to platform policy and may change from time to time. Any transaction fees charged by payment service providers are the user's responsibility.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cashgo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of any term outlined in this document.
- Activity suspected of fraud or platform abuse.
- Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested.
- Instructions from relevant authorities or court orders.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, subject to applicable conditions.
Liability Limitations & Intellectual Property
Cashgo88 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business interruption, or other damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, even if cashgo88 has been made aware of the possibility of such losses.
All platform content — including the cashgo88 logo, brand name, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of cashgo88 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cashgo88.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
The cashgo88 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. cashgo88 has no control over the content or privacy practices of those third-party websites or applications and accepts no liability for any damage or loss arising from the use of such links. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Bahasa Melayu and English are the official languages of this document; in the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
